Refund policy

For any exchange, return and/or refund requests for online purchases email enquiry@athenasbounty.co.uk with your name and invoice number in the subject bar. All requests must be made within 14 working days upon receipt of purchase in line with Distance selling regulations. Items must be sent back in the condition that it has been received. If the item has been damaged in transport, you must also attach images to your email. Items must be sent back in or with all the original packaging. Refunds will only be processed once the item has been received by Athena’s Bounty.

You cannot receive a refund/exchange on earrings due to hygiene purposes.

You cannot receive a refund on any personalised items unless the item is faulty. If an item is faulty you will have 6 months to make a claim and Athena's Bounty will offer a repair or replace option first. If this isn't possible you will receive a full refund on receipt of the item being sent back to us.
