Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Any and all artwork and/or any original written pieces, belong exclusively to the artist and author Natalie Suzanne Mary Rose Carr for use by Athena’s Bounty. You may not in any way reproduce, for any reason, works you have purchased. All rights belong to the artist and Athena’s Bounty, we reserve the right to use or reproduce any or all parts of any illustrations and or written work. Any person found reproducing any or all intellectual property belonging to Natalie Carr and Athena’s Bounty, legal action will be taken.
Mailing List
To be added to the Athena’s Bounty mailing list you must consent beforehand. You will never be emailed marketing unless it is something you have opted in for. We ask for your email when ordering as a way of keeping contact with you about your order. This is in no way a ploy to get your contact details and will not be used for marketing purposes unless consent by you (the customer) is given.
Complaints
If you are not happy with your goods for whatever reason please do not hesitate to contact us. I take great pride in my work and always strive to create gifts that we can be proud of at Athena’s Bounty; so feedback is always greatly appreciated. I pride myself on my communication between myself and my customers to always ensure that you are kept up to date with your order’s progress and that you are happy with goods before they are shipped. If there are any issues with items that is more than just general wear and tear, I will always try and replace where possible or send an alternative. Keeping customers happy is very important to me.
